We are passionate about our food. Because our beautiful produce is seasonal we do our best to make sure our followers have the opportunity to find ‘TheLimeShed’ products in their pantry and recipes in their library throughout the year.
Yummy Pickled Garlic - amazing on sweet vine ripened tomatoes and a cracker
Tasty Pickled Cucumber - we love it best with artisan bread atop some local Burringbah cheese.
Cocktail Citrus Circles - dehydrated and intensely flavoured wheels perfect in a cocktail or award winning on a cake.
Craft Cocktail Syrups - Our current fav is a gimlet with equal parts Ink Gin and Finger Lime Cordial.
Gentlemen's Whiskey Marmalade - Its hard to choose between a Breakfast Martini with the hero being our marmalade or a scoop of the Whiskey Marmalade on a cheese platter next to some creamy blue cheese.
